David Harl is an award winning producer with multiple Telly awards. He has produced hundreds of films and promotional videos, many of which have been featured on national broadcast and public television. David has been a producer for over 15 years and has over 20 years of experience in fundraising as a development officer, planned and major gifts staff, and as an Executive Director for major nonprofit agencies. As owner and producer of Pinnacle Productions, David has been creating award winning, compelling films for nonprofit agencies throughout the world to raise support and tell their story. David has a BA in Marketing and Communications and Mass Media, a certification in planned and major gifts, and advanced experience in film and audio production.
Josa Harl - Business Manager

Josa is co-founder and currently serves as Business Manager at Pinnacle Productions. She previously worked in the nonprofit sector in administration and accounting. Josa earned degrees in Accounting and Occupational Therapy and holds a CPA license. She has been with Pinnacle for 16 years and has worked in all aspects of the company. Josa currently handles all business and assists with marketing, project management, and production.

Anna is primary project editor and works on-set as production coordinator. She has over 6 years experience in media directing and content creation for local non-profit organizations. She has a B.A. in Convergent Media from Morehead State University.

Danny is a Director of Photography and also works as a post production specialist. He graduated from Asbury University in 2023 with a Bachelors in Media Communications. He has worked as a video shooter for 8 years. His work experience includes promotional content, event coverage, and narrative documentaries.
